A Boogie Wit da Hoodie Just Released A New, R&B-Influenced Track

New York rapper A Boogie Wit da Hoodie has dropped singles over the years that are consistently catchy and generate buzz around his albums. Speaking of which, it's been a couple years since A Boogie dropped a full-length project, so this single might indicate an album roll-out in the coming weeks. This new track, titled Take Shots and featuring Tory Lanez, has extremely quality production which sounds new-wave R&B-ish and has an interesting bounce that A Boogie uses to try out unique and unusual flows. The Tory Lanez feature works well over this style of beat and feels similar to work on his recent album 'Sorry 4 What'.  Leave us a comment if you gave Take Shots a listen!  Photo From Instagram | @aboogievsartist

Tory Lanez Has Nothing To Be 'Sorry 4' On Latest Album

Last month, trap/soul and R&B artist Tory Lanez debuted his 2022 project ‘Sorry 4 What’ which received underwhelming public reception. It’s a shame, because for long-term fans of Tory Lanez, this album continues to build on his sound and keeps things fresh while retaining all the great qualities of Lanez’ dark, late-night musical identity. The album starts out with bouncy, exciting tracks such as like Bad Bitches Wrk @ Taboo and Where 2 Start and progresses into one with more focus on pop/R&B ideas. In predictable 2022 fashion, Sorry 4 What unabashedly hosts a track-list of twenty songs and a runtime of 75 minutes, although song quality is consistent from front-to-back. For fans of trap-influenced R&B, it’s well worth your time to give this project a listen. Let us know if you agree with this direction of Tory Lanez’ music in the comments below.
