DDG’s New Album Has Its Moments, But Isn’t Extraordinary

DDG just dropped a new album, entitled ‘It’s Not Me It’s You’. It sounds dated and somewhat uninspired but is not necessarily a bad effort. DDG shows off some catchy and interesting flows, but his beat selection sounds all too familiar and generic among similar releases this year. Aside from previously-released tracks like Elon Musk, some songs may have radio potential including Not the Only One and Bulletproof Maybach (ft. Offset). Overall, it’s a decent effort but doesn’t do anything special.
